When a checkout process is initiated on the Site though not completed, the Site may collect any final entered checkout information, “Abandoned Cart Information.” This Abandoned Cart Information may be collected via Cookies, Log files, Web beacons, tags, pixels, and plugins.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information, Order Information, and Abandoned Cart Information.

We do not sell your personal information for payment or discount. We use certain advertising cookies for online targeted marketing and its effectiveness measurement. With Device Information and Abandoned Cart Information, the advertisement platforms may serve ads to you based on past visits to our website, such that an advertising partner may retarget you and display and advertisement for our website. Retargeting advertisements and other online targeted marketing that uses advertising cookies excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

You can unsubscribe from list communications at any time via the email unsubscribe link or SMS text instructions.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
