Wood is a natural material that is subject to environmental changes. Heavy air conditioning and direct sunlight can be particularly tough on natural wood pieces. Wherever possible plan to offset intense, direct impact of these conditions.

We provide a two (2) year structural warranty for interior, residential uses of our hardwood furniture, which begins on the date of delivery. If, within the Warranty Period, your furniture fails structurally or develops large cracks in the joinery, we (JOHI LLC) will at our own option implement repair or replacement.

Finishes are not warrantied. Natural wear and tear should be expected, as no finish is completely resistant to marks or scratches.

Note: This warranty does not include misuse, failure to upkeep, acts of god (or children), water damage, mildew, normal wear, freeze damage, pests, or if the furniture is used in a commercial setting.
